Maintaining and improving our IT services from our Munich location, that is what this position is all about. Your direct IT colleagues are located in our Dutch office in Eindhoven and German office in Munich.
We host the IT-core of all our European users and databases. We coordinate all IT-related issues, projects and developments. As IT specialist, you are the IT interface to support all European users (500+) in 15 offices around Europe. You play a critical role to coordinate IT requests with internal and external providers. Of course, you cooperate closely with the European IT team and are responsible for providing IT service through IT service desk point of contact. Though the majority of the work is ticket guided, improvisation can be an important part of this job.
The job covers all areas of IT infrastructure; e-mail, network, system, hosting, storage, telephony, IT facility, and PC support. You need to deliver an efficient and effective production on IT projects, changes, incidents, problems and knowledge management.

Due to the systems you will be working with, we look for someone with knowledge on:
- Familiar with basic network administration, security and troubleshooting: Cisco switch, router and firewall, Wifi, VoIP and cabling.
- Experience in server administration: Windows 2016/2019, Hyper-V, AD, Office 365
- Experience in IT Service Desk support: Windows 10, Office2013/2016
- Technical education on Bachelor level
- Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
